3 Interviews. Phone, Group, and 1on1 Interview. Very basic and mostly focuses on customer service. THey most intense interviews were the group personally because you are competing with everyone and they are all trying to get the position as well.

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Entrevista
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
