Very intense, in depth, staring into my soul. The interviewer asked detailed questions and went into the history of HEB and what it meant to work for them, as well as understanding my personal situation and where I saw myself in a few years and how they could accommodate that.

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
