Entrevista
I filled out application online and received a call from the Central Checkout Operations Manager's assistant about 5 days later. I was scheduled for a one on one interview with her assistant. After passing that interview I was schedule for an interview with the actual CCOM. (on a different day...) and after passing the one with her, I interviewed with the Store Director. He was the one who actuallly offered me the job. (...also on a different day.) Then I met with the Administrative Assistant and submitted my employment info and to submit a background check. I had to wait about 3 business days for my results, After getting my clean results, I was scheduled for Checker Training!
The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
