Applied online and received a phone call less than a week from a guy. He stated that he liked my resume but was unprofessional. Instead of asking if that was a good time to start an interview he went on asking so many questions, I was in a store and couldn't really do an interview. He said he would send me an e mail with a link to take a test but I never received anything. I did not like his tone anyways. Glad I never received that email. I got a better offer somewhere else. HR should learn to ask the candidate if it is a good time for an interview , be organized and don't rush. You lost a real talent and I am sure you lost many more in the past.
