Short interview process going over teamwork skills, customer service skills, and previous experience. Employers prefer previous experience; however, it is not necessary. Interviews can either be in person or online via zoom. In person interviews are usually easier because it gives you an opportunity to meet the manager you will be working with.

What is one way you would deal with a difficult customer?
Smooth interview process and not a lot of requirements. Just come prepared and with all your papers and be prepared to be in a fast environment. You have to be flexible with the schedule in the beginning and be able to work the weekends.
