2 rounds of interviews were conducted with 4-5 employees at each round. We discussed professional experience and academic preparation. Senior staff from different departments attended each interview. President did not attend.

Standard process, three rounds of interviews with people of escalating seniority. First interview with hr director first, then middle management, then executive board. Everyone was kind and interested in what I had to say and were very transparent.
