I had an initial interview with Gymsharks internal HR virtually, and then was invited for a face to face interview at their offices in London. I took time out of my working day to attend the interview 5 weeks ago (approx 4 hours round trip) but did not receive any feedback following this. In fact, I emailed HR twice requesting feedback and was ignored. It’s very discourteous and unprofessional to not provide candidates with a simple ‘sorry you were unsuccessful’ at the very least.
