Process consisted of a recorded video interview then a zoom interview with HR and a project manager. The process took a while but was pretty average.
I was told I was overqualified for the role (I agreed), so no offer.

How do you know when a project is going off track?
Screener call was pleasant and had the standard content. The recruiter was very transparent about the role, salary, and benefits. Though, didn’t get a good sense of the culture. Definitely worth it though.

Four stage interview (screening call, hiring manager call, task review by panel, hiring manager very efficient and welcoming. Every communication right on time and very little waiting. Tour of buildings and gym. Three days in office hybrid model.
The first interview was a recorded interview that I did on my own time. The second was an interview with hiring manager to go over the company and understand my background. The final interview was with hiring manager and president
