I was away in another city so it had to be a phone interview. The interview panel was very friendly. At first, the phone reception was bad, so the communication was not clear and it made me nervous. Then, I found a quiet place and the interview panel went through the process the second time. I didn't get shortlisted and they let me know promptly. Then, the candidate who was offered the role declined it. Then I was flown in for a face-to- face interview, flight charges, hire car, overnight accommodation (all expenses paid). Very friendly staff and they helped to make me comfortable and showed a taste of the work culture. One of the best interview processes that I went through.
