Worst interview experience I had with Solarissoftlabs(now being part of GyanSys).After clearing all my technical and Client rounds they are not releasing my offer letter. It's more than 2 months now chasing them on regular basis, there recruitment process is really pathetic. It's really a wastage once crucial time. No proper response from HR/Recruitment team, had to chase them again and again doing multiple follow-ups. Whenever I asked them they don't had proper answer to my query, later they came with an excuse that their current company Solarissoftlabs is getting merge with GyanSys and asked me to wait. I still trusted them and waited, later they asked me to share my last 3 months salaryslips,aadhar card,pancard,service letter of last company, photograph & passport copy for BGV. Just after couple of mins they called me up and asked for my latest CV. I shared all the details with them and then again recruiter asked me to wait stating by EOD will be release my offer letter but it didn't happened. Next day I follow-up, got new excuse stating he had sent my offer letter for approval. After waiting for more than 24hours I follow-up with recruiter then he came with new theory that there CEO(Mr. Karthik) had denied to release the offer and they can't offer what they(Solarissoftlabs) initially agreed to pay and also said there CEO had asked them to put the new QA resources hiring on hold. If people are not clear with there budgets or don't have open positions why do they harass other people like this by giving them mental stress and wasting there crucial time. My personal experience with this organization hiring process was really poor and would never recommend/advise anyone else to join this company who don't have any moral values or work ethics.
