Good interview process and tecnically sound people taking the interview .. Ovrall interview is good . Typically, interview usually has 4 rounds. Two technical rounds. One from the same team as the recruiter is and the second from a different team (usually referred to as non-LOB round) or a Project. Third is a round with the Project Manager and fourth the HR round. Regarding the package, for a 6+ years guy, it is good bargain as the experience is decent enough. Also usually SAP provides higher package than the Service based companies.

A lot of behavioral questions were asked like challenges faced so far, how did you overcome them, any failures you have faced till now, what could you have improved in your current project etc (this went for around 45 min ). 2. General discussion around projects, about factory design pattern and its implementation as I had used one in one of my projects.
