4 rounds of interviews, 1 timed skills assessment that consisted of basic excel skills as they relate to a grant budget, writing a short report based off that budget, and then writing an email to a hypothetical funder about the prior two things. I made it to the final round to interview with the VP of Development. Frankly, everyone was really nice (especially the HR person coordinating the ordeal) but I did find it a little ridiculous for them to subject me to 5 rounds without a job offer. You'd think that final interview with the VP would be them offering me the job, but I digress.
