The process was pretty to the point. I was originally approached on LinkedIn and ended up really liking what Gusto was accomplishing and goals for the future. I had multiple rounds of interviews to ensure I was the right fit, but also that Gusto was the right fit for me. I was provided some mock data to analyze and make recommendations. Flew out for final interviews and to look at Gusto in person. I would say the best recruiting process I have been through, very personable, not pushy and honestly want the best for the company and yourself.
