Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Gurstel Law Firm, P.C. (Scottsdale, AZ) en nov 2014
Entrevista
Did a screening interview with a couple of attorneys and then had a callback with the supervising attorney and owner. The process wasn't too difficult. The screening interview was mostly straightforward and sought to make sure I wanted to do the work. The callback was a little more challenging and probed more about my background and who I had worked with.

Easy enough. Asked a lot of questions that I could easily answer. Was offered job on spot and accepted. Have enjoyed working here and would recommend to others. Others would say the same that this is a great place to work and the interview process is easy.

The HR department was very organized and the telephonic interview was smooth. They provide a safe environment, the questions were made to bring the best in the candidate, and the questions were genuinely tailored to get to know the person. Then rapidly ensued a meeting with the Managing Director of the Scottsdale branch. Very human, friendly, down to earth, accepting and believing in the candidate’s potential. The final interview was with the big Boss, the CEO of the firm, along with other key players such as the Director of my Department. The CEO has the best sense of humor and could relate on various levels. During the entire process, it didn't feel like an interview at all. They're interested in finding out if the interviewee would be grateful for the opportunity to join their "family". Emphasized the opportunity for good training and top of the line resources.
