The recruiter called me during the agreed time. We spoke for about 20 min. He asked me what my technical background was and then explained to me what they were looking for. He then said he would send me an assessment link to evaluate my overall project management skills and computer skills. He said it would be fairly straightforward. I sent a Thank You email the next day. A week and a half later. I still have not received this link. I sent an email inquiring about it and have been ignored. I would have been fine if I was not what they were looking for. I believe it is rather unprofessional of the main recruiter to let me think I was advancing in the interview stage only to be flat out ignored. If he represents the company and the internal workings, I would not trust them in the future to be honest about anything else if they don't have the balls to turn me down directly. I will be sure to ignore all future postings from this company as well as not recommend them to my friends and business associates.
