Candidate engagement is very poor. Feedback is not available. Lacking common courtesy when dealing with candidates. Attended a first stage interview. Was advised feedback will be available the next week. I had no response and chased recruiter after 2 weeks when I was told no feedback had been received. Another 2 weeks later I chased again and was finally advised the role has been offered to another candidate.
