The interview was conducted by a panel of employees with support from the human resource department. They did not focus on traditional questions like what are your weaknesses or strengths.

Panel interview. Be prepared to describe your relevant experience. Make sure you do your research on the company history. Be yourself. Highlight your desire to grow within the company. Don't mention how long it took to get an interview.
