Received a call for a group interview 4 weeks after applying online. The group interview was very comfortable and relaxed, followed by one on one interviews with the manager. Got an email a few days later with an offer, very easy and smooth process, started a week later.

Applied online and within one week got called back. Phone screen then went into the store for a 3o minute appointment with the two managers - two days later they called me offering you.
