After a second round of interviews, I have never heard from them again… I even sent an email to the recruiter and she said I would receive an update soon… and guess what? Not a word! I consider it so unprofessional…. I am absolutely ok to receive a negative, but threat candidates like that says a lot about what would come next!

Good interview. Efficient. It was overall a good experience. Lots of steps though and too many people interviewing for no reason. But easy interview but felt like too many unnecessary steps that could have been avoided.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are constantly looking at ways to improve and simplify our interview processes, and will take this feedback into consideration as we evaluate our current processes.

Applied online and the recruiter got back to me within a day. It was really great discussion leading to an interview with the Hiring Manager. The hiring manager rescheduled the interview at the last minute to 2 weeks later. The discussion was ok. The hiring manager didn't give much information about the role. I wasn't expecting anything more after that call. It all went quiet for 2 weeks and then out of the blue the recruiter reached out to set up one more round with an Engineering senior leader. That was a fantastic discussion followed by again another interview with another engineering leader a week later. Overall process 2 months for 3 interviews. No further response from the recruiter despite several followup emails. Really an awful experience to have so many interviews, yet doesn't feel obligated to respond even via email.
Guidewire seemed a really great organization, but this has been by far the worst interview process ever. Such a waste of time.
