There are a total of three interview process
1) Online coding assessment
2) Technical interview via Zoom
3) On site technical interview with senior consultant and cultural interview hiring manager interview

Entrevista
The process consisted in 4 differentes rounds:
- HR phone interview: job experience, reasons for change and advantages for working in Guidewire.
- Coding online test: test with 2 coding questions (not too difficult)
- Videoconference technical interview: interview with a technical person about previous job experience and technical problems (OOP concepts, static, final, interfaces, abstract...). Collabedit is used for coding together.
- Face to face interviews: informal interviews with kind people that help you with everything they can:
1. Manager: job experience, draw the architect design of one project you have been involved, simple DB questions.
2. Technical: job experience, OOP concepts, resolve a simple coding problem, DAO patterns, SOAP, REST...
3. Culture: questions about how you'd act in different job situations, product demo.
4. HR debrief: talking about the interviews, your actual salary and about working in Guidewire.

Entrevista
The interview process consists of multiple stages which includes online code test, technical interview, cultural and final interview. Very professional interviewers and recruiters. Very good experience throughout the process. There wasn't any surprise as the recruiter told me what is the topic but the exact questions are not revealed.

-Code task to be solved on an online coding platform. -Technical interview -3 subsequent meetings, 2 of them on company culture and one with a manager from the region as well as an additional technical test.
