Multi part process including virtual interviews with regional team and written interview. There is a week or so between each stage of the interview and hearing something back which can be frustrating.

They asked to have you respond to a variety of emails you might receive from upset parents in different situations. For example a parent upset they were billed a late fee

All interviews were online and about an hour each. I interviewed with four different people on the executive level and then was asked to go meet the staff before being hired.
