I applied and was contacted via email to set up a virtual interview. They were really great at working with my weird times that I was available. I did my first interview and was told right away that I would be moved on to the written portion and set up my next virtual interview with a different talent specialist. I did the written portion which is just a few simple questions. 2 days later I did the second interview. Following that I was told that I should hear something by the middle of the following week. Sunday I received an email to set up a call for an offer. Again they were great to work with my weird times. Following that there was paper work, an I-9 & background check.

Phone interview: about 45 minutes, asked generally easy questions. Was asked to fill out a written interview. Written interview: several pages, asking questions about hypotheticals, ex: what if a child knows the name of the letter but not its sound. Took about an hour. Final phone interview: a place to ask additional questions, there was more info given about the specific school hiring, and some continued conversations about Montessori.
