Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and later we had brief conversations. Recruiter was to the point and set expectations very clear. He understood my expectations. I had to go through 5 rounds - hr round, 2 with directors, mock test, another ops round. The rounds were good. The interviewers asked me about Qualtrics and other skills. They set their visions and how I can be an asset to the organization. Each round helped to better understand the business and my role and future. This is missing in the interview rounds by others. For the mock test, I had to research on USA healthcare and medication industry and overall life aspects of common citizens and then catering it to client. Alongwith with the test, I was able to give justifications of my actions, research and views while preparing for the mock test. This is missed by most of the companies. Overall the interviewers gave positive vibes. They showed interest understanding my current roles and responsibilities.
