I applied via my schools job site. The next day I got an email with a recruiter to set up a phone interview. After that they set up a call with the previous intern to tell me about the position. A week later I went in for the interview. I met with the recruiter I spoke with on the phone and who I would be working for. I received an email the following day that I had received the position.
