Phone interview followed by actual. But it was before covid strikes. HR will first ask about my expectation in terms of pay etc. Then followed by managers.They got back pretty fast.

Quite straightforward, submitting a CV and Cover Letter, then a 30 min initial screening call asking general questions about you and behavioural questions. Then speaking to two project managers in a similar style.

It was a brief, informal interview for the first round and I was told they would be in touch. The company is not for me but seems to offer good benefits.
