2. Main interview session: skill test simulating the work tasks. Do some quick online research and summarise a LinkedIn page into a short biography. Afterwards, there is face-to-face with whichever managers are currently hiring (numbers may vary), along with another skill test to select relevant LinkedIn profiles. Typical interview stuff to see whether you are a good fit for the job. A bit intimidating but they genuinely try to get to know you. The HR and managers are very clear, transparent, and honest about what the job entails and what to expect.
