Second round skype interview with two members of staff- the first interviewer was around 15 minutes, and the second around 25 minutes. Questions asked: Go through your CV with me? Why do you want to work here? Who, are our clients? Compliance-based questions? Who are your competitors? What obstacles are we currently facing? Short-term and long-term goals? How would your friends describe you in three words? Where else have you applied and why? Third round- Mock project assessment, complete at home and send back within 1 hour. Fourth round- 30 minutes mock project assessment review in their main office based on Regent Street London. Go through your findings and thought process. The outcome of your interview will take between 1-2 days, normally a telephone call regarding your feedback will be provided.
