How you heard about the company, relevant experience, and some background information on the company. A few days later invited into the NYC office for in-person interviews. Met with 4 project managers, HR director, and conducted a case study. Each interview generally had similar structure just getting to know you better, asking about your background, and why you would be a good fit. Case study you received 1 hour to work on a project and then had to defend your work (grill) where they challenged you a bit. This was the most difficult part, but they wanted to see your thought process in going through the project. The case study itself was a bit challenging since I wasn't familiar with the topics, but definitely doable. Finished speaking with HR director who said I would hear back in a few days. 1-2 days later was offered and accepted the next day.
