Long and disorganized. I applied for the job 2 months ago before hearing back from the recruiter for a screening. I did a recruiter & hiring manager interview, both of which went great. I had the necessary qualifications, even the preferred ones I met. When I joined the call, the hiring manager thought I was in a different time zone as I had a virtual background up and I had to tell her that it's a fake background. 2 days after, I got a rejection email from them, so I have no clue what they want in a candidate for that role as I have a Msc in Finance with 2.5 years relevant work experience from a highly recognized consulting firm and everything. Complete waste of time interviewing with them.
