It is your standard consulting interview, where the first round is a take-home case and behavioral interview. Overall, not too difficult and the interviewers were very friendly.
I would say that the most frustrating part of the interview process is the recruiter. They are super unresponsive and unhelpful. They essentially ghosted me for over a month after my interview and did not provide any meaningful feedback. When a firm's hiring process shows a lack of thoughtfulness, that often reflects a larger problem. I would think twice before reapplying here.

Why consulting, why Guidehouse, what got you into your field?
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
