First, the recruiting team reached out to schedule a technical interview, which included two "brain teasers" and basic conceptual/SQL questions. Then, three separate managerial interviews were scheduled. All three were behavioral and moderately technical, but a recruiter never directly reached out during this entire process. After completing all interviews, I didn't hear back for about 2 weeks. Followed up twice and the recruiter finally directly reaches out and says they thought a recruiter from a different sector was engaging me. First red flag. I complete another interview for a different role and don't hear back from the other recruiter until I followed up a week later. This recruiter then tells me that they did not send an offer due to my salary expectations, which is one I've never heard of before. The recruiter also says that they thought the team I had initially applied for was "re-engaging" me, so I reached out to the first recruiter and never heard back since. Interviews were not bad, but the recruiting here is awful.
