Unresponsive recruiter interactions that could go 1 to 2 weeks without any sort of correspondence but would expect immediate answers from me in terms of scheduling. 3 rounds of interviews that asked me the exact same questions. Last interviewer seemed confused as to my interest in the role and how I made it to that stage. Just an overall bad experience.
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
