Literal waste of my time. A recruiter reached out to me based on my resume from a previous application for a Senior role, then proceeded to suggest I actually look at a lesser role. I appeased and proceeded into a 4 week interview process. I met with a Partner, Managing Consultant, and a Director. After the final round, I had to reach out to find out they believe I am overqualified for the junior level role they suggested I would be a fit for and underqualified for the senior level role that they sought me out for so they would not offer me a position.

Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected

The interview process was a seamless and well-organized experience, creating a sense of confidence and clarity from the very beginning. Each stage flowed naturally into the next, with prompt communication and clear expectations at every step. Unlike experiences I have had with other companies, where I was often left waiting without updates or uncertain about the next steps, this process was thoughtfully structured and considerate of my time. From the initial application to the final round of interviews, I always knew where I stood and felt respected as a candidate.
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
