I met them at my university career fair and after a recruiter emailed me about scheduling an interview. They said that if I have not heard back in a few weeks then contact them. One of the people I talked to also told me to connect with him on Linkedin. Everyone I talked to was super nice and very enthusiastic and passionate about their jobs.
Interview was a case study style with a current consultant. Walked through a sample business case about local government transportation. Was given a list of facts about the case and worked with interviewer to come up with a solution

Initial behavioural interview. Second round interview with case study, two hours to work and then present and answer questions. Not very challenging case, but they push you with the questions.

It was a fun interview process and I had a great time going through it. Being transparent and up front went a long way. I hope whoever is going through it soon, doesn't stress and just does their best.
