Poor communication with recruiter. All other interviews with Manager, Director, and Partner were straight forward, friendly, and informative. If the actually interviewers weren't so positive then I would not have considered moving forward with the company. The recruiter did not provide the information requested and was generally unprofessional and unpleasant.
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
