I interviewed here shortly before Guidehouse split from PwC. It was a fairly standard interview, but I found it disappointing that no one I encountered throughout the recruiting process (from HR to the various employees I spoke with) bothered to reach out afterwards to tell me I hadn’t gotten the job, even after I followed up (after a month, I searched the position on LinkedIn and realized it had gone to someone else). If someone has taken time to participate in several interviews (including an in person office interview), it would be nice to at least send a form letter rejection. The ‘ghosting’ I experienced here left a bad taste in my mouth.
