The interview process was a lot for what the job description classified as an entry level position. I really liked everyone I spoke with, however. The process involved several steps: a screening call, a 30 minute 1:1 with leadership, a writing test, 80 total minutes of 1:1s with four different people, and then a presentation for 3 people with time for a Q&A. I need a job, but this process, in which I invested over 7 hours, reminded me not to do free work that essentially resulted in a consultation for them with recommendations for SEO improvements. Especially for an entry level job with an upper salary limit around $70k. I was told they decided to move forward with a candidate who had more extensive experience.

Very professional. Cookie cutter, scripted. Definitely looking for "correct" answers over in-depth analysis. Asking for specifics during hypotheticals which can force candidate into corners. This style of interviewing definitely gives "GHOST JOB OFFER" energy and it seems as though they want free analysis, audits, strategies and more under the guise of an "interview process". Hard pass. Also, PAY IS NOT COMPARABLE. They will have you jump through six-figure hoops for a job that expects six-figure skills but pay you what a Burger King Manager makes. That's a no for me, dawg.
