I'm just embarking on the interview journey, and I must say, my initial interview was truly delightful. The interviewer's warmth and professionalism made me feel at ease, facilitating a smooth and comfortable conversation.
Had a brief 30 minute call with the recruiter. Then another 30 minute call with someone from the office. After that I was given a task to do for 45 minutes.

Entrevista
This is a pretty lengthy process. I went through several interviews with a lot of different people. An initial phone screen with the recruiter. Then a phone interview which was back to back with two different people. I had to answer mock support emails and enter info in an excel spreadsheet while on the phone which was new and awkward for me. After passing that step I was brought in for an onsite with 2 people who already hold the CSA position and the manager. These interviews all went very very well. The next step was to meet with the CEO but I never made it to this round. I had another offer and told them that if they liked me I needed to be pushed through -the process a little quicker. Well they went another person in the running. Which is fine. Guidebook was my first choice since I love them. I will hand it to the recruiter too because she was so sweet and so communicative and actually Called me to say they went with someone else! Which is unheard of in this day and age. They kept it as a really open door though. So that was really nice of them.
