3 rounds of interview - Screening with HR; interview with the hiring manager; interview with engineering manager. The most challenging part was the hiring manager's interview who was the Director of Product. Creative questions were asked about A.I. products, product management practices (situation-based), and two case-based scenarios on how to build a new product and MVP for Netflix and another company. Overall, fairly high difficulty. 3rd and last round with the engineering manager were also situation-based questions to judge how a PM would work with the engineering and DevOps teams. Above-average difficulty.
