It was a walk in interview at Weekday and all the candidates were asked to take at least half day(I took leave though) since it will take only 2-3 hours for the interview process. I went there at 10:00 AM and waited for the first round i.e Technical MCQ. I took the MCQ and some of the questions were from JAVA and SPRING MVC. Some of the candidates complained about the same since we were there for dot net profile. I managed to clear the first round and was asked to wait for the second round i.e Technical discussion. There was no one present to take the interviews so the HR team arrange our interviews on Monjin Platform(a third party application like skype call). After waiting for 45 min the host join the meeting and he was a senior with 13+ years of experience. He was such a rude person and asked questions based on his experience not mine(2.9 years). i havent heard of any of the terms he was asking. He asked me to write some code in C# and javascript but was not interested in knowing the approach. i knew about some of the question but again he was not interested to listen. Result : NOT SELECTED
