I was contacted by Jessica through LinkedIn and she was able to provide a lot of insight about the position in our phone screening, Then I moved on to speak with Shavita and she spoke with me about my previous work experience and how I would be able to fulfill the requirements of the position. My last interview was with Sudhir and he made the interview fairly brief as well. He spoke more on the details of the position and the requirements of the role.

Just like someone already said, do not waste your time here. I went through two interviews. The first one was with the recruiter and it was just informational. She was great, personable, and made me feel comfortable. The second one, however, was with the COO who came off as distant and rude. She was not interested in anything I had to say and asked me ONE question about myself then said the rest of the time was for me to ask her questions. She robotically answered each question then asked if I was done asking so many questions. A week later I got a rejection email. Very weird experience and now I find it almost humorous

Typical interview process, asking why you wanted to be a CSR, why this company, etc. However they will ask if you are currently pursuing any other opportunities and view it as an extreme negative if you say yes
