This company is a joke. Applied online, there was a question about my hourly rate. Then I was invited for the interview that went well. During the interview they asked about my expectations and I named a range that was even lower than what was in my initial application. The next day received a refusal because of my high salary expectations 🤷‍♂️ Why wasting my time and inviting me for the interview if my salary expectations are higher than your budget? P.S. looks like they pay like 800 dollars to designers and call that “competitive”.
