I should have been writing this 5 days before only, but I decided to increase my patience limit before publishing reviews about any great company.
So InShort, I cleared both R1 & R2 rounds.
And the reason I am saying that I cleared both because I got a call from the HR saying there will be another R3 for around 30 mins. For which I had no other option than saying "Ohkkay"..
After waiting for a complete week, I have got no call or no emails from the HR.
At this point directly assuming anything I decided to write a mail to the HR, asking for the updates and increased my patience limit by waiting more time as mentioned above.
Now after another one more week, I am typing this long story which may useful to other, if someone is eagerly waiting for an update, so he/she can simply decide to move on rather wait.
So whats the conclusion -- Either they cant say "NO" because the candidate is good but they cant pay that much. Or they simply forgot because they dont have any "Process" to complete a user journey, but still they call them a service firm.
Anyways you can see that nothing a personal here and there is no blame. Its a "feedback" or "review" which is for the betterment obviously, now its upto them to take it or ignore it.
Whatever they do its not beneficial for me in any way.
