Applied online. Started with a 30 minute A.I. interview which felt rather dystopian. Next was the recruiter screen, and then had ANOTHER interview with a hiring manager who felt like she was reading from a script. While I have been to many interviews, I felt as if she was trying to get information about the company I work for rather than my experience. She only asked 4 questions and then probed me for more details, again I understand you want to hear my experience but I felt the interview wasn’t a display of my accomplishments or experience, just information on whom I work for. The recruiter also told me they do 5 rounds and a take home assessment.
