The process consisted of three stages: a phone call; linguistic test; and finally an interview with the team leader and one more test. The tests checked both linguistic skills as well as the ability to write creatively.

Entrevista
It was an inicial interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was 10 minutes late for the meeting, then asked general career questions. The talk was somewhat unprofessional as I felt like the recruiter talked a lot about company matters not related to the position I applied for. Then I was ghosted.

El proceso de selección duró mas o menos 1 semana. Consistió en una primera entrevista telefónica con recursos humanos, luego un test técnico, para validar las habilidades de redacción y por último la entrevista con el manager.

The two-step interview was quite easy: the first call with HR was more informative and concerned the practical aspects of the job offer, the second step was an interview with the team manager (so I guess it depends on who you are taking the interview with), who made me feel very comfortable
