They called me, the HR manager did an interview by phone, asked me if i had past experience in Telephone marketing/sales, how did i got to my last work position, if i was able to work in a shared space. Then told me they had a Group interview, that she wanted me to be part of. When i got to their offices, haded to wait over 20 minutes for the other 3 joob seekers, after that whe start even that was missing one person. (we started later than the apointed time). The HR Manager presented her self, talked about her studies, etc. Then she ask us to present ourselfs. After that, ask us what was Groupon, why should i get the job, and diferent stuffs. After that she gave us a 2 person team test, how we would sell a groupon oportunity to a company. After that she said, she was gonna meet with her boss at the end of the day and she would contact us by phone who ever got the job, and by email who did not make it. I was the one that first got there, and after it was this guy, that aparently he know like 60% of the current workers in the office, even the Office Manager, so im pretty sure he was the one who got the job. After 1 day, i receive a recicled email lettler that quote "Thank You for your time and efforts during your recent interview process with us for the SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE position. Despite your outstanding qualifications and previous experiences, we decided to hired another candidate whose experience and qualifications were better suited to our current needs. Thus we will not be offering you the position. Thank you for your interest. If a need arises for us to contact you in the future, we will do so and you have our continued good wishes. Very truly yours,"
