Entrevista
It was simple. They mostly wanted to make sure I was in the long haul and would not quit early on. They want to get a feel for how you will work in the environment and make sure you fit within the young hip culture. If you can do a keg stand they want to hire you.
The interview process is simple and they're 4 rounds as listed below;
1. GD
2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

They'll ask you write an email based on a customer's issue.
The process was great and expectations were clearly communicated. The person that interviewed me was very energetic. They spoke to me about the history of the role and what they needed within the position.

Entrevista
It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
