The interview was a fairly standard competency based interview. There were a lot of questions focused on personality and opinions, giving me the impression they were looking for someone that would be a good cultural fit as much as someone who had the right experience/ qualifications. The people I met seemed really nice, and I got the impression that a lot of smart and motivated people work there. For an insurance company, the atmosphere was surprisingly un-stuffy.
