3-Step interview process. Phone interview, technical interview and on-site interview. They insisted on a phone call for the first one rather than the typical video of other IT companies, the date was also scheduled manually through emails. I did not get a call on the indicated day but we rescheduled and did get called the second time. Nothing special about the first interview. Was asked to speak english for a while instead of the entire thing. It went well and I was asked to pick a date for the technical interview, which I sent to them. They ignored the email and one week later told me they werne't interested in continuing anymore.
