30 minute phone interview with hiring manager. Reviewed resume and past experience. Very basic questions. Not remotely stressful. Interviewer gave brief history of company and was very transparent regarding what she was looking for in a candidate. She was very pleasant and easy going. The in person interview was a one on one with 4 people from the department and 1 HR representative. Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant and it was an extremely positive interview.
